SUMMARY OF FUNCTION:
Kortright is looking for energetic and enthusiastic volunteers to assist staff with our Summer Nature Camp programming. This is a great opportunity to gain outdoor education and teaching experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Interest in the outdoors and environmental programs
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about local flora and fauna
- Interest in working with children
EXAMPLE OF TASKS:
- Assist staff with the delivery of Summer Camp Programming
- Assist campers with making crafts
- Engage campers in activities and games
- Help with set up and take down of programs
